The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dead Ship. Loving Pain ended up behind the leader. Experienced Power got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Competitive Ship started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Confident Mustache started to galop and lost 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Confident Mustache, Rebellious Sword, Frozen Beard, Existující, Competitive Ship, Floating Duchess, Experienced Power, Loving Pain.

Rebellious Sword sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Loving Pain galoped for 40 m. Floating Duchess sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Experienced Power won the race after a spectacular finish.
