The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Teach Me Love found a gap and took the lead. Cute Kentucky followed before Cityboj. Jörgen Sjunnesson wanted a little to much in the start and Rugged Work galoped for 20 m.




Cityboj saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Cityboj was still in the lead after 1500m.




Powerful Power suddenly took over the lead.



Powerful Power kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Cityboj galop. Cityboj lost 20 m. Thurles galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Teach Me Love won the race after a spectacular finish.
