One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Merlin's Maid could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and In The Wind sprinted to the front.




Merlin's Maid looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Honourable Scope couldn't come out from behind the leader, In The Wind.




Merlin's Maid saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




In The Wind suddenly took over the lead.



In The Wind looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Scorpio to trotting so they were disqualified.




Merlin's Maid won. Honourable Scope came in second. In The Wind caught third place.
