The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Stunning Spring was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Pekka Korpi wanted a little to much in the start and Frosty Biscuit galoped for 10 m. This is the positions after 500m. Frosty Biscuit, Zusammen Suzanne, Stunning Spring, Künzel, , , , . No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Frosty Biscuit followed by Künzel and . Lane two Stunning Spring followed by Zusammen Suzanne and . Zusammen Suzanne started to gallop after 1500m and Kari Rosimo had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Künzel was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Frosty Biscuit sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Stunning Spring galop. Stunning Spring lost 40 m. Zusammen Suzanne showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Frosty Biscuit kept the speed the whole finish and won before Künzel and Stunning Spring. Results
