Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Pihtipudas track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Legend was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Eternal Bouquet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Attack Opal took the lead rather easily.




Attack Opal was still in the lead after 1500m. Growing Runner galloped for 50 m.



Attack Opal looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Golden Legend, 2 Attack Opal, 3 Seductive Temptress.
