The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ögonfröjd could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Rational Striker suddenly started to galop. Veijo Heiskanen had to struggle to get Rational Striker to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rational Striker sprinted to the front.




Rocking Sergeant sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Ferro Vox galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.



Rocking Sergeant was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Autumn In Londres sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.






Ögonfröjd won the race after a spectacular finish.
