The sun was shining on Vaggeryd today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Singing Rose was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Striking Spring sprinted to the front. Sleeping Passion started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Happy Starshine sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Modest Starlight saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Chaminade Hof galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Pietro Gambadilegno seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Modest Starlight gallopped 20 m after 2000m. Sleeping Passion galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Pietro Gambadilegno looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Pietro Gambadilegno didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
