The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Jarlsberg this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Seductive Band found a gap and took the lead. Happy Tiger followed before Fighting Tiger. When the startcar left the field Seductive Band started to galop and lost 40 m. Equtio Qronos showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




This is the positions after 500m. Kvarngärdets Amelia, Happy Tiger, Fighting Tiger, Seductive Band, Equtio Qronos, , , . Seductive Band started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Fighting Tiger galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Kvarngärdets Amelia today. It continued in the lead. Happy Tiger galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Kvarngärdets Amelia sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Equtio Qronos was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
