The sun was shining on Solvalla and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Falling Electra was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Hold On Tiger was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Falling Electra took the lead rather easily.




Falling Electra was still in the lead after 1500m.



Falling Electra sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Summerlight Blues showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Skipping Rose sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
