One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Forceful Runner was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Vouloir Gagner saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Dead Mountain sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Going Fast looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Going Fast sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Posadas won. Going Fast came in second. Forceful Runner caught third place.
