It had been raining for several days at Skellefteå but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Race The Dream. Jonté Ponté ended up behind the leader. Remember My Name got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Moment In Truth sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Remember My Name took the lead after 1000m. Jonté Ponté didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Champion Crowe showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Remember My Name today. It continued in the lead.

Remember My Name sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Champion Crowe galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Remember My Name kept the speed the whole finish and won before Race The Dream and Jonté Ponté.
