The sun was shining on Forus today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Great Vibe could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Giggling Lily started to galop and lost 50 m. Tropical Starshine was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Ma Belle quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Ma Belle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Moonlight Angel was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ma Belle today. It continued in the lead.

Funky Closet suddenly took over the lead. Pecan gallopped 50 m after 2000m.

Alfa Donna was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Alfa Donna litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Ma Belle galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.

Funky Closet made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Giggling Lily.
