The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Little Breeze could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Listening Missile was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Little Breeze was in fine shape and held the lead.




Little Breeze clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Little Breeze followed by Playing Cake and . Lane two Listening Missile followed by Royal Ace and . Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 30 m.



Little Breeze kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Little Breeze kept the speed the whole finish and won before Playing Cake and Listening Missile.
