The sun was shining on Romme today. A perfect day for trotting.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Valetta Princess could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Swinging Needle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Valetta Princess took the lead after 1000m. Zahteva didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Swinging Needle accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race Elected Dictatorship galoped for 40 m. Swinging Needle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Smiling Sapphire galop. Smiling Sapphire lost 40 m. Elected Dictatorship was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Wimpy Lilac never caught up with Swinging Needle who won. Zahteva came third.
