It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carlos Sangria found a gap and took the lead. Brown Bess Rebel followed before Flemming On Fire.

Trembling Orchid was in fine shape and held the lead.

Brown Bess Rebel looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Trembling Orchid couldn't come out from behind the leader, Carlos Sangria. Just Like Me was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Brown Bess Rebel today. It continued in the lead.

Trembling Orchid looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Pointing Pony didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
