It had been raining for several days at Vieremä but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Power Sergeant. Cerle Mires ended up behind the leader. Gathering Darkness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Cerle Mires saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Cerle Mires clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cerle Mires followed by Seductive Tank and Gathering Darkness. Lane two Cool Man followed by Power Sergeant and .



Cool Man was first on the homestretch followed by Cerle Mires and Seductive Tank.






Power Sergeant sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
