The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solvalla today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Follow Me could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Fighting Arraow was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Loving Closet who started to galop and lost 30 m. Knight Of Paris was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Slippery Lieutenant sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Follow Me looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Slippery Lieutenant was first on the homestretch followed by Follow Me and Fighting Arraow.






No-one could catch Slippery Lieutenant today who won before Fighting Arraow and Follow Me.
