The sun was shining on Gävle and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Punching Cruiser took the lead after a very quick start. Jörgen Westholm wanted a little to much in the start and Lauréat galoped for 40 m. Hashtag was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Stepping Moment quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Punching Cruiser sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Pietro Gambadilegno looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Pietro Gambadilegno was still in the lead after 2000m. Advanced Play showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Pietro Gambadilegno kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Punching Cruiser sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
