The weather had been good all week and Kaustinen was in good shape.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Decisive Energy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Juha Länsimäki wanted a little to much in the start and Rajtan Tajtan galoped for 40 m.

Shooting Runner quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Shooting Runner was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shooting Runner followed by Decisive Energy and Dribbling Cruiser. Lane two Front Agent followed by Univers Love and Going Fast. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Decisive Energy gallopped for 40 m.

Front Agent suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Shooting Runner won the race after a spectacular finish.
