One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Django found a gap and took the lead. Bambino followed before Listening Play. Jakaranda Velvet was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Tripping Ring saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Screaming Band took the lead after 1000m. Tripping Ring didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Tripping Ring looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Just Paradigm gallopped for 40 m.

With only a little left of the race Coughing Blossom galoped for 50 m. Tripping Ring looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Coughing Blossom was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.

Bambino sprinted over the finishline before Tripping Ring and Django.
