It had been raining for several days at Bergsåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fair Wonder was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Francine, Almere Haven, Merci Encore, Vanadio Vox, Gold Starlight, Gold Ginger Whirlwind, Rainbow Sparkle, Fair Wonder. Sunday Venus was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Vanadio Vox took the lead after 1000m. Gold Starlight didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Gold Ginger Whirlwind looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Little Drummer Boy galoped for 50 m. Gold Ginger Whirlwind kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Gold Ginger Whirlwind was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Merci Encore sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
