The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Vaggeryd today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fair Wonder tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rolling Wave that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Rolling Wave started to galop and lost 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Turning Princess, Frosty Gal, Useless Vacation, Dietrich Hof, Gold Universe, Glowing Whirlwind, Wondering Daffodil, Francine.

Turning Princess was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Turning Princess today. It continued in the lead. driver couldn't keep Gold Universe to trotting so they were disqualified.

Fair Wonder seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Fair Wonder were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Francine made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fair Wonder.
