Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kalmar track was in top-condition. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Profit Embassador. Train Phlex ended up behind the leader. Spatter The Stars Cherry got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Born Today sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Eskimo Hoof who started to galop and lost 40 m. Sunday Carneval sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. In Distress Cherry saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Eskimo Hoof started to gallop after 1500m and Peter Untersteiner had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Train Phlex litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Nebelwerfer Larockma made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before In Distress Cherry.
