The sun was shining on Visby and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Gold Ginger Whirlwind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Fair Wonder was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Vintersorg, Lonely Wonder, Gold Universe, Vendi, Vedar Gal Cherry, Aurum Militia Giron, Gold Ginger Whirlwind, Trudi Larockma. driver couldn't keep Fair Wonder to trotting so they were disqualified. Trudi Larockma was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Gold Universe took the lead rather easily.

Gold Universe was still in the lead after 1500m. Gold Ginger Whirlwind galloped for 50 m.

Vendi litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Vendi. Aurum Militia Giron came in second. Vedar Gal Cherry became third.
