Only a humble breeze blew over Arvika this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Matthieu took the lead after a very quick start.




Calming Behemoth quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Matthieu took the lead rather easily.




Climbing Boulder accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Matthieu gallopped for 50 m.



Climbing Boulder sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

St Julians Bishop galopped for 10 m on the homestretch. Famous Closet galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.




Republicain won. Heavy Pirate came in second. Encore caught third place.
