Only a humble breeze blew over Seinäjoki this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Monday Closet tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Yolo Gabrielle that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. Dead Frenzy, Aldobrandino, Dynamit Gustav Vasa, Couronne D'épines, Yolo Gabrielle, Crossing Fall, Monday Closet, Independant Frenzy. Sudden Gold started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Couronne D'épines looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Yolo Gabrielle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dead Frenzy.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dead Frenzy followed by Yolo Gabrielle and Dynamit Gustav Vasa. Lane two Couronne D'épines followed by Monday Closet and Crossing Fall. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Wish Me Welsh gallopped for 30 m.

Dead Frenzy was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. With only a little left of the race Wanderson On Fire galoped for 20 m. Couronne D'épines was first on the homestretch followed by Yolo Gabrielle and Dynamit Gustav Vasa.

No-one could catch Couronne D'épines today who won before Monday Closet and Dynamit Gustav Vasa.
