The weather had been good all week and Bergsåker was in good shape. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Kallax tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Don Corleone that came steaming ahead. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Kallax started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Kallax looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Portable Legend couldn't come out from behind the leader, Don Corleone. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Don Corleone followed by Portable Legend and . Lane two Kallax followed by and . Kallax speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Don Corleone galop. Don Corleone lost 10 m. Portable Legend galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Kallax. Portable Legend came in second. Don Corleone became third. Results
