The weather had been good all week and Mantorp was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Just Sword found a gap and took the lead. General Thinking followed before Bonn Coffeeshop. When the startcar left the field Sad Asteroid started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Delightful Joy sprinted to the front. Memória Szerelem was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

General Thinking looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Loiseaux couldn't come out from behind the leader, Delightful Joy. Bonn Coffeeshop galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

General Thinking accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Delightful Joy suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

General Thinking won the race after a spectacular finish.
