The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Mariehamn today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Slow Cube was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Tapio Perttunen wanted a little to much in the start and Running Missile galoped for 20 m. Reign Of Terror suddenly started to galop. Claes Sjöström had to struggle to get Reign Of Terror to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Titan Pegasos was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Cheerful Bear who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Big Platinum looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Slow Cube couldn't come out from behind the leader, Growing Band.

Big Platinum was still in the lead after 1500m.

With only a little left of the race Reign Of Terror galoped for 10 m. Big Platinum looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Cartoon Figure Joshua galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Electric Whirlwind today who won before Dead Ship and Big Platinum.
