One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Right Thing sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Olav Mikkelborg wanted a little to much in the start and Sudden Wardrobe galoped for 10 m. Debussy Hof was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. The Right Thing, Sudden Wardrobe, Devine Gossip, Helpful Sniper, Debussy Hof, General De Rapide, Cheerful Bear, Resurrection.




The Right Thing was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one The Right Thing followed by Devine Gossip and Helpful Sniper. Lane two General De Rapide followed by Cheerful Bear and Resurrection.



With only a little left of the race General De Rapide galoped for 30 m. The Right Thing sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Devine Gossip won. Resurrection came in second. The Right Thing caught third place.
