One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wondering Daffodil tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Heavy Legend that came steaming ahead.




Kalla On Fire quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Wondering Daffodil took the lead after 1000m. Heavy Legend didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Wondering Daffodil followed by Wish Me Welsh and Tripping Closet. Lane two Heavy Legend followed by Kalla On Fire and Kvarngärdets Exodus.



Wondering Daffodil were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Wish Me Welsh won the race after a spectacular finish.
