It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Songer Ruine found a gap and took the lead. Turning Stardust followed before Listening Man. Roger Malmqvist wanted a little to much in the start and Songer Ruine galoped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Turning Stardust started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tropical Sparrow sprinted to the front.




Listening Man took the lead after 1000m. Turning Stardust didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Listening Man followed by Turning Stardust and Boom Boom Boi. Lane two Tropical Sparrow followed by Grasping Starlight and Songer Ruine.




Listening Man was still in the lead after 2000m.



Listening Man looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Turning Stardust won. Boom Boom Boi came in second. Grasping Starlight caught third place.
