One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jumping Momentum tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Velhotar that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Velhotar started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Jumping Momentum, Velhotar, Bonjour Lundi, Playing Breeze, Zita Larockma, Running Dreamcatcher, Space Shadow, . A bird flew just in front of Running Dreamcatcher who started to galop and lost 10 m. Space Shadow was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Jumping Momentum clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Bonjour Lundi saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Velhotar seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.




Velhotar seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Velhotar looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Playing Breeze sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
