One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gold Desert Ghost found a gap and took the lead. Moonlight Viper followed before Jumping Gladiator.




This is the positions after 500m. Moonlight Viper, Jack Dalton Pegasos, Jumping Gladiator, Silver Momentum, Entkommen, Gold Desert Ghost, Funky Hollywood, Gold Axanthic Star.




Moonlight Viper was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Entkommen accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Entkommen kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Funky Hollywood made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Gold Axanthic Star.
