One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Crypt found a gap and took the lead. Loving Blizzard followed before Glowing Cup.




Criminal Crypt was in fine shape and held the lead.




Loving Blizzard looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pampered Duchess couldn't come out from behind the leader, Criminal Crypt.




Loving Blizzard looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Criminal Crypt gallopped for 10 m.




Loving Blizzard was still in the lead after 2000m.



Loving Blizzard sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Loving Blizzard kept the speed the whole finish and won before Pampered Duchess and Criminal Crypt.
