The sun was shining on Färjestad and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sir Patrick. Maximum Behemoth ended up behind the leader. Moving Fist got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Maximum Behemoth saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Moving Fist sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Drooling Piece galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Moving Fist followed by Ballad Of Beacon and Maximum Behemoth. Lane two Athletic Thinking followed by Sir Patrick and Drooling Piece.



Moving Fist sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Athletic Thinking never caught up with Moving Fist who won. Ballad Of Beacon came third.
