One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Light Action was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Leif Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Perfect Madame galoped for 50 m. Perfect Madame quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. driver couldn't keep Ghostly Duchess to trotting so they were disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Athletic Mountain who started to galop and lost 10 m. Light Action sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Athletic Mountain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Athletic Mountain started to gallop after 1500m and Susanne H Osterling had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Light Action suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Jeanne Dielman made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Light Action. Results
