One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Feuergeist was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Jokerman started to galop and lost 50 m.




Feuergeist was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Feuergeist clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Knekten galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Feuergeist today. It continued in the lead.



Feuergeist looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Jokerman galop. Jokerman lost 50 m.




Feuergeist didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
