The sun was shining on Hoting today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Clever Map was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Putte galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Sowing Sugar looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Empty Tankard couldn't come out from behind the leader, Clever Map.




Sowing Sugar looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Empty Tankard galoped for 50 m. Clever Map litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Empty Tankard won. Clever Map came in second. Sowing Sugar caught third place.
