The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Beaune Therons looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hunter couldn't come out from behind the leader, Old Moment. Black Wave was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Old Moment followed by Beaune Therons and Edgy Hollywood. Lane two Hunter followed by Black Wave and Silver Tiger.




Beaune Therons put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Black Wave was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Hunter speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Old Moment won the race after a spectacular finish.
