Only a humble breeze blew over Hagmyren this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Punching Pirate. Tranquil Gold ended up behind the leader. Falling Thrasher got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Etalon Rapide, Tranquil Gold, Barefoot Gold, Fast Pirate, Blue Sniper, Falling Thrasher, Punching Pirate, Putte.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Tranquil Gold accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Barefoot Gold was first on the homestretch followed by Punching Pirate and Blue Sniper.






Punching Pirate sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
