One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Try Me could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Smiling Baby suddenly started to galop. Flemming Jensen had to struggle to get Smiling Baby to tror again and succeded after 20 m. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Decisive Striker accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Decisive Striker didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Floating Duchess looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. Floating Duchess made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Try Me. Results
