The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bergen this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gold Evian tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Light Top that came steaming ahead.




Light Top was in fine shape and held the lead.




Posadas took the lead after 1000m. Gold Evian didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Posadas was still in the lead after 1500m.



Gold Evian litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Gold Evian didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
