One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dead Man´s Hand. Oil Panic Cherry ended up behind the leader. Starksomfan Pegasos got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Tripping Feeling started to galop and lost 20 m.

Maple Temptress saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Pommern Larockma was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Tropical Twister sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Tropical Twister was still in the lead after 1500m.

Tropical Twister sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Tropical Twister kept the speed the whole finish and won before Starksomfan Pegasos and Royal Fizz.
