The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Rättvik this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Colonne sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Luxe Réjouir saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Striking Glitter took the lead rather easily. Sweet Tigress suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Ginger Lipstick looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Luxe Réjouir showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Stepping Madame put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Süssigkeiten litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Süssigkeiten kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sweet Tigress and Colonne.
