The sun was shining on Solvalla and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rugged Angel found a gap and took the lead. Fighting Power followed before Frozen Madame. Winner Woman was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Slow Snake saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Rugged Angel took the lead rather easily.

Rotini accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Fighting Power suddenly took over the lead.

Fighting Power looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Slow Snake to trotting so they were disqualified.

Rotini made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fighting Power.
