It had been raining for several days at Jyväskylä but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Power Blizzard could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Magische Etwas galloped way to long and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Decisive Frenzy, Pirates Tortuga, Pirates Knight, Power Blizzard, Sneaky Valley, Pussy Diary, Sneaky Boulder, Magische Etwas.




Decisive Frenzy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Decisive Frenzy was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Sneaky Valley galoped for 10 m. Decisive Frenzy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Decisive Frenzy didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
