One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dreaming Pirate. Tempting Temptress ended up behind the leader. Hard Strategy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Modest Sunshine started to galop and lost 20 m. When the startcar left the field Tempting Temptress started to galop and lost 50 m.




Dreaming Pirate was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Gordon Blaze took the lead after 1000m. Modest Sunshine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Dreaming Pirate saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Tempting Temptress suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Captain Canada galop. Captain Canada lost 10 m.




Tempting Temptress kept the speed the whole finish and won before Modest Sunshine and Dreaming Pirate.
