The sun was shining on Romme and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Waterfront. Outspoken Missile ended up behind the leader. Waving Orchid got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Waving Orchid quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Outspoken Missile was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Due To Blizzard looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Waterfront couldn't come out from behind the leader, Waving Orchid.




Due To Blizzard saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Due To Blizzard was still in the lead after 2000m. Waterfront was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Due To Blizzard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Waterfront won the race after a spectacular finish.
