One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Comet Clipper took the lead after a very quick start. Hermes George galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Dream Of Yupiter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Cheerful Thinking who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Dream Of Yupiter was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dream Of Yupiter today. It continued in the lead.



Nouveau Triomphe was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Dream Of Yupiter looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Comet Clipper won the race after a spectacular finish.
